Job Summary

We are hiring Transcriptionists / Data Labelers to support AI training by converting audio and conversational data into structured, high-quality datasets.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong listening, typing, and attention-to-detail skills, especially those with experience in transcription, content review, or data labeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio recordings accurately (including speaker labels and timestamps when required)
• Label and annotate audio and text data based on guidelines
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across tasks
• Follow structured instructions and annotation rules
• Flag unclear or low-quality audio/data
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements

• Native or near-native British English proficiency
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable working on repetitive, task-based work
• Basic computer and internet skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in transcription, captioning, or subtitling
• Experience in data labeling or annotation
• Familiarity with QA or review processes
