We are seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in the Gosport area from September. This is a full‑time, long‑term position, with the opportunity to teach within KS2, with flexibility around year group for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons within KS2 (Year 5 focus)
- Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Promoting positive behaviour and a love of learning
- Contributing to the wider life of the school
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and positive approach
- Commitment to supporting all learners
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
