Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel du Vin

OTE up to £14 per hour (inc of tronc), flexible hours. Permanent. Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, controlling the flow and interfacing with the kitchen and management team.
  • Work a range of shifts and days, including evenings, weekends and all seasons.
  • Maintain high service standards and deliver a smooth, controlled dining experience for guests.
  • Assist with staff training and support to maintain brand quality.
  • Interpret and realise the brand’s culinary and hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a busy restaurant and/or bar.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage staff and guest expectations in a fast‑paced environment.
