Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our college team. This is a full‑time position, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00. The successful candidate will support students across both the SEN department and mainstream classes, helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in‑class support to students with additional needs.
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons.
  • Support students’ academic progress and personal development.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with SEN students is desirable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A patient, flexible, and supportive approach.

This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.

Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
