Working closely with the founder, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in live retained assignments, learning how senior professionals are identified, engaged, assessed, and presented to clients. This is a structured apprenticeship combining formal training with real‑world experience in a high‑performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct talent mapping across target markets and industries
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal CRM systems
- Support candidate identification and outreach strategies
- Conduct initial qualification calls with prospective candidates
- Write professional candidate summaries and profiles
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and client updates
- Contribute to the full end-to-end executive search process
Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- A Levels (or equivalent) in any subject (Pass or above)
