Food and Beverage Assistant

Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging Food and Beverage Assistant with a passion for service excellence.

You will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and work towards providing guests with memorable experiences in our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression.
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
• Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
• Take initiative in accommodating guests’ needs in a resourceful manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest engagement skills.
• Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to match different guest expectations.
• Good command of English is essential; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
