About the Role
Are you confident, resilient, and passionate about supporting children with behavioural and emotional needs?The students at this Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Greenwich have a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and display anti‑social and challenging behaviours, often as a result of their emotional difficulties.
You will play a key role in supporting the students with behaviour regulation and emotional needs, implementing de‑escalation techniques, and providing consistency and positive reinforcement. You will also work alongside teachers, SENCOs and mental health professionals to provide the students with the best education possible.

Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs. Implement de‑escalation techniques. Provide consistency and positive reinforcement. Work with teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionals to support pupils.
Qualifications and Experience
Interest in mental health and behaviour. Previous experience working with children or managing challenging behaviour would be beneficial. A degree in Psychology or Criminology would be great!
