- Recognised manufacturing assembly qualification or “on-the-job” training / experience in electro‑mechanical assembly
- Confidence in mechanical assembly procedures and processes and knowledge of how to apply them
- Ability to build good working relationships across teams
- Disciplined, self‑motivated and organised approach to tasks
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel or Google Suite) to complete data logging tasks
