Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and mentor your team at Fairhaven Lytham.
• Maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements.
• Hire and onboard new team members in an inclusive and welcoming manner.
• Lead, guide, and develop the kitchen team, ensuring they have access to ongoing training and growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety, creating a safe and organised workspace for all.
• Manage the kitchen schedule to ensure efficient staffing while meeting labour targets.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure cost management and meet performance goals.
• Take a proactive approach to increasing sales and driving growth by fostering strong relationships between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
