Parts Delivery Driver – Newton Abbot

A new opportunity has arisen for a Parts Delivery Driver to join our team at our site in Newton Abbot.

This role is ideal for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Salary:£12.71 per hour

Hours:Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Saturday mornings 8:00 am to 12.00 pm on a rota basis, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van for parts deliveries and pick-ups.
• Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods to designated locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Occasionally perform general warehouse duties as required.

Ideally we are looking for

• Valid driver’s licence for vehicles up to 3.5t with a clean driving record (essential).
• Knowledge of the local area, and Devon (essential)
• Prior experience as a van driver or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
