About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring teachers currently undertaking a teaching qualification to gain valuable classroom experience. You will work alongside experienced educators, supporting lesson delivery, engaging with students, and developing your teaching practice in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons under supervision
- Support students’ learning and development across the curriculum
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a recognised teacher training programme
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and respond to feedback
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
