Fooditude are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who is knowledgeable and passionate about all things food! The role involves running the breakfast and lunch service for a workplace restaurant for our fantastic client. The supervisor will work with the onsite catering team, prepare basic food items, manage a daily changing menu of various global cuisines, and support our food waste project.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role, ideally within a high-volume environment
- Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen best practices
- Basic cooking and knife skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and people skills to lead the kitchen service and team
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
