Experienced Religious Education Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator and pastoral responsibilities. Newly Qualified and Early Career Teachers will be enrolled in the school’s bespoke ECT induction and work alongside a range of experienced teachers.

Job Description

• Inspire and motivate the younger generation.
• Work alongside a team of dedicated Religious Education Teachers.
• Take on TLR opportunities – KS3 Coordinator and pastoral responsibilities.
• Receive 1:1 mentoring and bespoke ECT induction; in and out of house training.
• Full‑time, permanent position starting September 2026.
• Salary: £39 571 – £59 135 + TLR (depending on experience).
• Located in the Borough of Westminster.

Person Specification

• UK QTS or in the process of gaining it.
• Strong academic background – degree, A‑levels, and GCSEs.
• Meeting the 8 Teaching Standards at a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level.
• Ability to work as part of a large team of Religious Education Teachers.
• Willingness to listen to feedback.
