About the Role
As a Chef De Partie, you will be an essential member of the kitchen team at our iconic Knightsbridge store, ensuring the smooth operation of your section and supporting the Sous Chef and other team members. You will provide direction and support to the team to deliver the day’s operational requirements as needed. You will assist management in planning and forecasting stock and orders, supporting inventory organisation, stock rotation and food labeling. You will enforce food safety standards and maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards.
About You
You have previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a prestigious 5* hotel or high‑end restaurant. You are confident working across all main kitchen sections and capable of supervising junior cooks. You possess strong time‑management and customer‑focus skills when dealing with internal and external parties. You demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and good PC literacy.
