Job Description
- Looking after our guests, including check‑in and check‑out
- Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options
- Maintaining Sihot and our electronic booking systems
- Producing and verifying invoices, including managing payments
- Cash transactions and cashing up
- Administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. managing no‑shows, answering emails)
Qualifications
- Completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering/customer call centre industry or be looking for a change of career
- Excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Open and communicative with a solid command of written and spoken English
- Team player willing to assist across departments – we achieve our results together
