Pastry Chef de Partie – Cup of Joy Marylebone – London
We are an exciting new restaurant opening in London and we are looking for a talented, passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Full time: 40 hours per week | Part time: 20‑25 hours per week.
Salary: £13.50 per hour plus a service charge.
Responsibilities
- Design and create high‑quality desserts and pastries.
- Ensure consistency and beautiful presentation on every plate.
- Manage pastry section stock and minimise waste.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
- Culinary/pastry qualification (desirable).
- Creative flair and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements.
