Qualifications: No education required. Experience preferable.

Welcoming and assisting guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
Ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well‑maintained.
Responding promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests.
Assisting with breakfast service, bar service, and other dining experiences as required.
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high standard of service.
