Role Overview
At Ocado Logistics, customer service team members deliver top quality products on time and efficiently. You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, and thanks to our automated technology, your route is pre‑planned and your van pre‑loaded. Working patterns include evenings and weekends to meet customers’ preferences. Base pay, plus premiums, can increase average hourly earnings to £14.60 per hour, with the option to stack earnings through enhanced overtime.

Requirements
Full UK or EU driving licence, minimum of 12 months driving experience, maximum 6 penalty points, no driving disqualifications in past 5 years. 18+ for alcohol product deliveries. Good communication skills essential.

Contract Details
Permanent contract, 40‑hour workweek over a seven‑day period. Shifts: AM & PM; earliest start 05:30, latest finish 00:00. Shift rota given up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay is lunar – paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.
Hourly Pay Rates
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
- Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
- Sunday Day Premium: £1.40
- Sunday Evening Premium: £2.63
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.45
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.57
