Residential Property interim role in a leading Staffordshire firm. An immediately available residential property lawyer is sought to join a busy, partner-led team in Stoke with hybrid working on offer.
The firm has a strong reputation for its services. The candidate will handle a broad range of matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold, and new builds. Experience with case management systems is essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, and new builds.
- Work within a busy, partner-led team and contribute to high-quality client service.
- Utilise case management systems effectively.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a residential property lawyer.
- Immediately available to start.
- Based in Stoke with hybrid working arrangements.
