Level 2 Teaching Assistant | Rotherham | Immediate Start | Salary: £94-£105 per day
We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in classroom settings and work with individuals or small groups to enhance learning and engagement. This role is available for both long-term and short-term contracts based on your availability.
Responsibilities
Support teachers in the classroom, assist with lesson delivery, monitor pupils, provide individual or group support, and help create a positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working within a school setting
- Ability to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient and nurturing approach
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Valid DBS check and willingness to provide professional references
