Overview
As a Senior Care Assistant at Rivendell View, you will plan and implement high‑quality care that gives residents a sense of security, dignity and independence. You will work closely with residents and their families, creating personalised care plans and building strong team relationships. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team with kindness and respect.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering person‑centred care and daily activities for residents, including medication administration.
- Leading and supporting a team of Care Assistants, maintaining standards and fostering a positive working culture.
- Recording accurate care information and communicating effectively with residents, families and other professionals.
- Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, completing safeguarding training, and escalating concerns as required.
