Where you’ll be working – Our Food & Beverage venues
- Gelateria – A weather‑dependent, fast‑paced environment serving our in‑house gelato to members.
- The Story of Gardening – An interactive experience designed to guide visitors through gardens in time. The F&B offering is based around the gardens on display, with a beautiful range of cakes and coffee available.
- The Garden Café – The menu is inspired by the view from our restaurant. An ever‑changing and evolving view over our production gardens, national collection of apple trees, orchards and surrounding countryside far in the distance. All our dishes and ingredients are hand‑selected to fit within our concept of vegetable‑led dining. Paired with an outstanding flight of cider from our own cider press and enthusiastic service, this dining venue offers a refined yet relaxed experience. Quality, simplicity and seasonality are at the heart of our offerings.
- The Cyder Bar – The first go‑to spot in our gardens for pastries, fresh salads and drinks. Whether guests seek a warming coffee or refreshing cider to sip in the sun. Our baristas always offer a warm welcome with a smile. As part of Cyder Bar responsibilities you will help the Gelateria during peak days.
- The Station Café – Our new restaurant at Castle Cary train station, welcoming visitors to Somerset and waving passengers off on trips around the UK. With a nod to the golden age of travel, the café serves a Brunch of brasserie classics celebrating the craftsmanship of the Newt’s butchers, cheesemakers, bakers and growers. The “Maid of Somerset” will open in April, exclusively offering afternoon tea.
