Job Title: Domestic Assistant

Salary: £ 9,278.32 per annum
Hours: 14h night per week
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You must ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules. You should be capable of ensuring the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
- Ensure high standard of contract service delivery and meet all SLA agreements.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules, cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Follow Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Work to your own initiative where appropriate, be reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
Qualifications
Cleaning experience is ideal but training can be provided. Must have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
