  • Understands the importance of adaptive teaching and SEND provision
  • Has strong behaviour management skills
  • Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
  • Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Works effectively as part of a team
  • Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
  • Experience of teaching phonics and early reading effectively is highly desirable
