SEN Class Teacher (Main Scale /SEN 1 Allowance)

We are recruiting an SEN Class Teacher for a September start for a primary‑scale setting across KS1 and KS2. The role involves supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, with education and care both inside and outside the school gates.
Role
- Teach small classes across KS1 & KS2 as part of a collaborative teaching team.
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs and capabilities.
- Prioritise wellbeing, social and emotional health in the classroom.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to create a holistic learning environment where every child matters.
- Encourage and recognise progress, celebrating achievements with a supportive, student‑centred approach.
