LBV Driver – AM Shift

Grade: OPSHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:30 am – 14:30 pmLocation: Dufours, 9-11 Dufours Place, Soho, London W1F 7SJ

What you’ll be doing

• Drive and operate the vehicle supplied by Veolia after receiving relevant training.
• Ensure adherence to all road traffic legislation, including parking restrictions.
• Carry out tasks such as hot wash, driving Goupil, and proactive/reactive jobs.
• Document completed work in daily reports, ensuring 200 sqm of work each day plus hot spots.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations concerning security and weight of loads.
• Adhere to road traffic legislation and tachograph driving hours.
• Report any accidents and complete relevant accident/incident report forms.
• Carry out duties as required by your supervisor or manager.

What we’re looking for

Essential

• A valid UK driving licence, able to drive a company vehicle.
• Previous driving experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on one’s own initiative.
• Proactive and approachable attitude.

Desirable

• Experience with hot wash equipment (training will be provided).
• Prior experience in the waste industry.
