As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the presentation and quality of all dishes meet the inn’s high standards.
- Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy.
- Maintain a clean working station and work efficiently under pressure.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house, and management teams to coordinate service.
- Use strong communication, time‑keeping, and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
