Food Technology Technician – Grade D (SPC 6-11)
Salary: £25,989- £28,142 (actual pro rata £22,254- £24,098). Permanent position, term time + 5 days, 37 hours per week. Required from September 2026.
Responsibilities
Support teaching and learning in the Food Technology department by preparing resources, maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting teachers and students during practical food lessons.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of working in a school environment is desirable
- Basic knowledge or interest in food technology and kitchen safety practices
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
