Swim Instructor
Bristol North Fitness and Wellbeing Gym | Pool | Permanent | Part time
Pay: up to £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 4 hours a week

Responsibilities
- Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
- Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
- Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
- Have a talent for teaching that meets people’s individual needs
- Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer
Qualifications
ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, good people skills, love for swimming, and ability to use the Swim England framework. Experience achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to improve lesson performance is also valuable.
