We’re looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Ealing. If you enjoy helping children with additional needs reach their potential, this role is for you!

What the role involves

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs, 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting with learning activities and classroom management
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
• Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual pupil needs

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with children with SEN
• Patience, empathy, and a positive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
