Position
Assistant Swim Teacher – deliver swimming lessons at Lymington Health & Leisure to customers of all ages and abilities. You will support learners in reaching their goals and enjoy an hour‑and‑a‑half schedule Monday – Sunday, rotating.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre’s programme, according to qualification, training and experience.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child’s development and progression.
- Assist in supervising customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring safety and discipline.
- Show excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with children and their parents.
- Possess Level 1 Swim Teaching qualification.
- Have completed a DBS check.
