A high‑performing secondary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for an ambitious Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is considering a career in teaching and wants to build confidence, classroom experience and subject knowledge before progressing onto a PGCE, Schools Direct or salaried teacher training route.

The Role
- Support pupils across KS3–KS4, with some exposure to KS5
- Work within a subject‑specialist department such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities or MFL
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery, interventions and pupil progress
- Support high‑achieving pupils as well as those needing additional academic support
- Help raise confidence, attainment and aspiration across the school
- Receive ongoing training, mentoring and CPD throughout the academic year

- A 2:1 or First‑Class degree from a Russell Group university
- Strong A‑Level and GCSE results
