Milk Education Liverpool is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy supporting young people and feel confident leading a classroom across a variety of subjects.
About the Role
As an All‑Subjects Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across all subjects at KS3 and KS4 level.
- Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged in learning.
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
- Supporting the wider school environment and contributing to a positive learning atmosphere.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience working within a UK secondary school setting (essential).
- Strong classroom management and confident communication skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to working in different subjects.
