About The Role
We’re looking for bar and floor crew to join the BrewDog team in Glasgow Merchant City. In this role you’ll be right at the front line, delivering amazing craft beer to guests, working closely with your crew mates to provide the best service on the bar and floor. You’ll be led by an experienced management team and supported by a passionate and confident crew.
About You
You have a strong interest in great beer and love sharing it with guests. Knowledge of craft beer is a bonus but not essential – we’ll give you all the training you need. You’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, bring positive energy to every shift, and support teammates. Previous bar experience is a plus, but what matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
