Do you enjoy working outdoors and transforming green spaces into well‑kept, welcoming environments? We are recruiting a Gardener on behalf of our client, helping to keep their estates clean, attractive, and thriving all year round.

This is a hands‑on, highly visible role where the impact of your work is appreciated every day. You will be part of a supportive team and will be given the tools and training you need to succeed.

What You Will Do

• Carry out scheduled grounds maintenance across multiple estates
• Plant and maintain seasonal flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and turf
• Weed, spray, and perform seasonal leaf clearance
• Operate and maintain a range of manual and powered gardening tools
• Apply and store chemicals safely in accordance with regulations
• Remove and dispose of green waste responsibly
• Assist with landscaping projects and ongoing improvements
• Respond to urgent issues such as vandalism, hazards, or defects
• Follow all health & safety procedures and wear PPE as required

What You Will Need

• Full UK driving licence (you will be using company vehicles)
• Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
• Ability to safely operate horticultural machinery and tools
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic understanding of health & safety regulations
• PA1 & PA6 pesticide certificates – desirable, not essential
• As satisfactory Basic DBS check

Before You Apply

This is a physically active, outdoor role. You must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and confident using powered tools and machinery. A full UK driving licence and a Basic DBS check are essential.
