Chef de partie/ Monday to Friday

Overview

My client who is a specialised charity in central London is looking for an experienced Chef de partie who is looking for a new challenge. Based in the heart of Westminster the site has 3 operations a cafe, a brasserie and banquesting. The main focus for this role with be the banqueting for large events cooking a variety of different foods.

The right candidate will be a passionate chef who is looking for a new challenge.You will have the chance to develop but also someone who is willing to work in a big team and is driven to deliver the best possible quality.

Opportunity overview

Responsibilities

• Role focuses on banqueting for large events, cooking a variety of different foods.
• Be part of a team of 11 chefs in a multi-operation site (cafe, brasserie, banquesting).

• Experienced Chef de partie
• Passionate chef with a willingness to work in a big team and deliver high quality
