Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Maintain strong classroom behaviour management
- Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing CPD
Experience
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are welcome to apply
- Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is desirable

- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners
- Adaptability and a flexible approach to teaching
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Educational requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Relevant degree (e.g. Education or subject-specific)
- Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake training)
