Apprentice Housing – Customer Only (26951)
Location: Watford – hybrid working from our office in Welwyn Garden City. Work location: Welwyn Garden City (Mundells Industrial Estate) – Unit 12, Mundells Industrial Estate, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1EW.
Hourly Pay: £10.85 to £12.71 depending on age. 37.5 hours per week. 15‑month fixed‑term apprenticeship with progression opportunities for successful candidates.
Note: This apprenticeship is OPEN ONLY to current customers or previous customers of Home Group.

About the role
As a Housing Apprentice, you’ll be a valued member of the team, learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful, hands‑on work. You’ll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop.
You’ll learn how to:
- Support and deliver a high level of customer service
- Interact with customers and colleagues
- Navigate systems, processes and technical learning
- Contribute to services or communities
What qualification will you gain?
Housing or Customer Services related qualification delivered by an approved apprenticeship training provider.
