Librarian: Creative Programs & Community Engagement Lead

Aberdeenshire Council is looking for a passionate Support Librarian to shape and deliver creative programmes across the library service. You will work with teams to promote literacy, support community spaces, and ensure activities meet local needs.

Your leadership will span from outreach in rural communities to collaborations on author events. A strong focus will be on maximizing impact and securing additional funding while monitoring activities and supporting staff.
