Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support junior care staff during shifts
- Carry out shift handovers and assist with training new starters
- Create, review, and update person-centred care plans
- Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
- Communicate effectively with families, GPs, nurses, and healthcare professionals
What we’re looking for:
- Have previous experience as a Senior Carer within a care home environment
- Confident leading shifts and supporting care teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
- Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate or are willing to obtain one
