• Unqualified nursery teaching assistant working with a range of mild SEN (Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia)

• Most candidates hold a degree from a reputable university
• Clear passion for education and children, with a hunger to learn
• Fully committed to the role
• Good understanding of the Primary curriculum and general knowledge of SEN desirable but not essential
