***IMMEDIATE START***The Role
As a Delivery Assistant, you’ll play a key part in supporting deliveries and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include:
- Handling phone enquiries – assisting customers professionally and efficiently
- Managing delivery paperwork – keeping records organised while on the move
- Supporting deliveries – helping load and unload household appliances (15kg-90kg)
- Customer-facing work – ensuring a positive delivery experience in customer’s homes
- General housekeeping – removing packaging and maintaining a clean workspace
Working Hours
- Start times from 7:00*am, Tuesday to Saturday
- Finish times will vary depending on daily workload
- Fully flexible availability is essential
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling / heavy lifting
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Organised and able to manage paperwork
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive
- Own transport is required due to location
