Salary: £27,798 to £29,831.65

Are you passionate about supporting education and committed to helping pupils achieve their best? The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School is seeking an Academic Mentor to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in ensuring our pupils succeed. Responsibilities include supporting pupils’ learning, delivering targeted interventions, and promoting high levels of engagement and achievement across the school.
Qualifications
- Has experience supporting pupils through academic intervention and mentoring
- Has strong organisational and time management skills
- Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships
- Is confident using IT to track progress and maintain records
- Understands safeguarding and supporting pupils with additional needs
- Motivates pupils and promotes high expectations
- Is proactive, flexible and works well within a team
- Supports the Catholic ethos and values of the school
