You’ll be offered a competitive salary of between £28,500 – £38,500, and the council will also pay an extra £3,000 market supplement, to ensure you are properly remunerated and left feeling appreciated for the work you do.

Requirements
A sound understanding of legislation and procedures regarding Adult Care is a requirement for this position.
- Prior experience with CHC DSTs
- Prior experience with mental capacity assessments
- Prior experience with DoLs
- Prior experience with best interest decision making
The council assures manageable caseloads, reflective peer practice, CPD sessions, and regular one‑on‑one supervision to its employees.
