Yard / Stores Person

A well-established business near Salisbury is looking for a dependable and hardworking Yard / Stores Person to join their team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, organised, and happy working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. The company is open to candidates with previous experience or someone looking for their first long-term opportunity, providing they have the right attitude and work ethic.

Duties Include:

• Receiving and unloading deliveries
• Picking, packing, and dispatching goods
• Loading vehicles and assisting customers
• Issuing materials to sites and staff
• Keeping the yard and stores tidy and organised
• Stock checking and general housekeeping
• Supporting the workshop and stores team
• Occasional deliveries to sites/customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good organisational skills
• Comfortable with physical/manual workTeam player with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence required
• Forklift licence helpful but not essential (training available)

Hours for the role are Mon-Fri 07:00am – 17:30pm (zero weekends)
