We are recruiting for a Shift Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent weekday night shift. This position has become available due to internal promotion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants full accountability for site performance on shift.

Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for production performance on shift
- Lead health & safety and site standards
- Manage KPIs including OEE, scrap, quality and delivery
- Lead and develop production teams
- Act as the senior decision maker on site overnight
Requirements
- Manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong KPI and performance management skills
- Confidence managing people and driving standards
- Good health & safety knowledge
