About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-set work to students across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to the teaching team on student progress and behaviour

• Previous experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, etc.)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Adaptable, confident, and proactive attitude
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
