Specialist SEND Learning Support Assistant – Maldon, Essex
This role is for psychology or criminology graduates, or experienced SEN behaviour support workers, to provide individualised support to children with complex needs in a specialist SEND school in Maldon.
Responsibilities include providing restorative practices and supporting young people with a diverse set of complex needs.
What we are looking for
- Enthusiastic and patient
- Works well within a team and is flexible
- Level 3 qualification or higher
- Good educational background
- Experience in SEN
Education and training
- Long‑term contract – permanent after 12 successful weeks of probation
- Interviews will be conducted the week of the 18th of May
- £92‑£110 per day (weekly pay)
- September start
