Specialist SEND Learning Support Assistant – Maldon, Essex

This role is for psychology or criminology graduates, or experienced SEN behaviour support workers, to provide individualised support to children with complex needs in a specialist SEND school in Maldon.

Responsibilities include providing restorative practices and supporting young people with a diverse set of complex needs.

What we are looking for

• Enthusiastic and patient
• Works well within a team and is flexible
• Level 3 qualification or higher
• Good educational background
• Experience in SEN

Education and training

• Long‑term contract – permanent after 12 successful weeks of probation
• Interviews will be conducted the week of the 18th of May
• £92‑£110 per day (weekly pay)
• September start
• Special needs and mental health focus
• Experienced teaching assistants and graduates welcome to apply
