Job Title: Primary or Secondary School Teacher (Full‑time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age‑appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported and valued.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Implement differentiated learning strategies to meet the needs of all students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support each child’s academic and social development.
- Promote extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate teaching and learning to support a wide range of abilities.
- Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment.
- Passion for inspiring and motivating students.
- Previous teaching experience is desirable, but newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
