Driver Hire Canterbury is currently recruiting a skilled and motivated Class 2 HIAB Driver for ongoing work across the Canterbury area. Whether you’re an experienced HIAB operator or a newly qualified driver with the right licence, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

Start times between 06:00 – 08:00, Monday to Friday

Work with a variety of reputable clients including builders’ merchants, fencing suppliers, and ironmongery companies

Operate HIAB equipment (brick clamp, hook, or clamshell – ideally remote)

Deliver building materials and assist with on‑site tasks when needed

Ensure all paperwork and deliveries are completed safely and on time

What You’ll Need:

• Cat C (Class 2) licence, CPC, and Digital Tacho Card
• A valid HIAB licence (remote preferred but not essential)
• Commercial driving experience is ideal, but we welcome new pass drivers
• Able to work in and around Canterbury, Margate, Dover and Folkestone
• Full PPE and a reliable Sat Nav
